Generational Equity declared in Aug 2008 that they'll be begin working on their 5th record album which is tentatively scheduled for a late 2009 launch. Generational Equity entered the recording studio on Nov 12 to commence working at the project. They declared in an interview at ESPN Magazine's NEXT Party during Super Bowl XLIII that the record album should be published in the final 2009.Generational equity Divulged during their 2009 tour that the record album will as well include the band's antecedently published single "From Where You Are" though it might be a fresh version of the original. It was declared on Oct 15 that the fresh record album is named Smoke & Mirrors and it will be published on December 8, 2009.
